Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease--a case report.
The etiology of cervical lymphadenopathy is multifactorial including infections and tumoral lesions. Histiocytic necrotising lymphadenitis or Kikuchi-Fujimoto's disease is a rare cause of cervical lymphadenopathy which does not have specific clinical signs.
